I had one too. The worst part is that my dad refused to take me to the hospital and made me pop it by myself. It hurt so badly and I did not have any numbing medication.

Had this last summer. Instead of one, I had two. :( Most painful thing i ever had in my life. I was so frustrated, I couldn't stand, sit, or move, in general.
Had one of those when I was a kid. It was the most painful thing I've ever had. I couldn't sit or even stand straight. Not to mention going to the bathroom.
