I don't think that was a cyst. It looked more like an old dried up blackhead. When the "doctor" punched the hole, it didn't even bleed. How is he going to stitch up dry skin?

That is without a doubt, the neatest (as in cleanest and easiest) removal I have ever seen! No muss, no fuss and no pus. No blood either. Well done.

Those punches are the easy way out but they leave scaring and pits.
