This was in some third world country...But it still could happen here..I would hope that after they got the mass of worms out...that they would follow up with and anti-parasitic drug to kill out the straglers..

From playin in the sandbox where cats poo.t his could happen to your kid .its so easy to get worms.and hard to get rid of.if they didnt get every single worm out within weeks they would take over again.
