Description: After a course of antibiotics,this inflamed Sebaceous cyst size has reduces significantly.But still residual pus present inside this sebaceous cyst back.This needs incision and drainage of pus under local anesthesia. Here after giving local anesthesia elliptical incision was given over the swelling which includes the punctum. That incised elliptical skin was removed.Then the under lying sebaceous cyst wall was incised in same fashion.Now the mouth of the cyst is wide open for free drainage of pus .One can see all purulent material coming out from the cavity .After pus drainage the inner cavity wall was scrapped with the back of the toothed forceps.One can use curettage for the same.The the cavity was cleaned with a gauge piece. The the cavity was packed with povidone-iodine soaked gauge piece.The pack to be removed after 24 hours.The the patient needs daily dressing for about one week .

Description: This young man attended our OPD for health check up.On examination of his abdomen I found some Unusual thing in his naval belly.First I felt as if patient has done naval piercing. But on close inspection , deep in his umbilicus I found it not a navel piercing,but some interesting black mass popping his head out side.It was deeply buried inside the naval belly , black in color and difficult to remove. Patient gives history of presence of this hard mass in his bally button for many years.He felt pain whenever he tried to remove it from his naval opening. It is called Black stone or calculus of umbilicus . Also called Umbolith or Omphalolith. It is usually present as black mass in umbilicus but in small size.But in this case it was of 1 cm x 0.6 cm size black hard stone in his naval belly (umbilicus) which is quite rare.People those do not have good personal hygiene, who never clean properly their belly button , can develop these type of stones. Chemically it is mainly composed of Keratin and sebum.It is called stone as it is hard in nature. Patient may remain asymptomatic or may present as pain,swelling and discharge from umbilicus. If anyone do not clean his / her umbilicus daily properly while taking bath, this thing may happen to anyone. Parents should clean the umbilicus of their children since childhood and teach their children how they should clean their naval belly while taking bath. Children must make it a habit to clean their belly button while taking bath. One should view this video as an educational video for health hygiene.

Description: Elderly diabetic lady with uncontrolled blood sugar presented with abdominal wall abscess. the abscess is drained under local anesthesia. After giving local anesthesia lignocaine stab incision given over the swelling. pus sent for culture and sensitivity study. whole cavity explored and all pus drained out. the necrotic skin over the centre of swelling removed with blade and the mouth made wide open. cavity cleaned with guage pieces. dressing of wound done. now patient needs immediate correction of blood sugar with insulin therapy as per sliding scale. once blood sugar comes to normal level it has to be maintained with oral antidiabetic drugs. she needs proper antibiotics as per culture sensitivity report and daily aseptic dressing.

Description: This is a 40 year old pedunculated lipoma hanging from right upper thigh of this 70 year old man. This old gentleman says he has never had any problem with this hanging lipoma in this 40 years . This large lipoma grew slowly to present size within these years .As this hanging lipoma was lying under cover of his clothes , so he was least concerned about that. One can watch in this video , this lipoma looks like a bunch of grapes hanging from right thigh of this man. Actually this pedunculated lipoma is attached to the thigh skin with a thin stalk of tissue. This thin stalk of tissue helps this mass for hanging and also supplying blood to the lipoma. As this lipoma is a benign condition it can be left as such , as it is not causing any problem to this gentle man over so many years, or else the only treatment is surgical removal. Patient wants surgery but with a delayed date of 2-3 weeks.

Description: The French Heart worm is spread by eating snails. The worm larva found in the snail migrate from the dogs intestines to reach the heart where the worms develope to maturity. Larval worms then leave the heart, enter the lungs and are coughed up. In this case some of the larvae have migrated to the eye. Both eyes contain live worms which are removed surgically.

Description: Maggots are larvae of fly, they can infest skin, nose, ear, eyes etc causing a disease known as myiasis. From medical point of view disinfected maggots can be used to perform wound debridement so maggots therapy is where we introduce disinfected maggots into wound to clean out dead tissue, two days course of maggots is given, in 33% patients this therapy is found to increase pain in wound. Maggots secrete digestive enzymes into wound (extracorporeal digestion)&absorb nutrient after liquifying the necrotic tissue. Maggots are found to inhibit MRSA infection, they do not effect E.Coli, but psodomonas can kill them. They can be used in osteomyelitis, mastoiditis, chronic ulcers and pus producing wounds. Description: This young man attended our OPD for health check up.On examination of his abdomen I found some interesting Unusual thing in his naval belly.First I felt as if patient has done naval piercing. But on close inspection , deep in his umbilicus I found it not a navel piercing,but some black mass popping his head out side.It was deeply buried inside the naval belly , black in color and difficult to remove. Patient gives history of presence of this hard mass in his bally button for many years.He felt pain whenever he tried to remove it from his naval opening. It is called Black stone or calculus of umbilicus . Also called Umbolith or Omphalolith. It is usually present as black mass in umbilicus but in small size.But in this case it was of 1 cm x 0.7 cm size black hard stone in his naval belly (umbilicus) which is quite rare.People those do not have good personal hygiene, who never clean properly their belly button , can develop these type of stones. Chemically it is mainly composed of Keratin and sebum.It is called stone as it is hard in nature. Patient may remain asymptomatic or may present as pain,swelling and discharge from umbilicus.

Pt complained of difficulty in swallowing and the cyst was mobile during swallowing. The location of cyst was not in the midline whereas thyroglossal cyst is usually present in the midline. Description: Here is a Gold mine of black heads, rare and very big black heads on nose, known as solar comedones, being extracted out of nose by me with the help of comedone extractor, you can see they are coming out of nose, while extracting one of them dropped on ground, where a molluscum was waiting for licking it. We have shown the pits, the wells on nose from where we have dug the black heads. We can say that this is going to be one of the best black head video ever. As said by you we tried to squeeze them out with out fingers but unable to do so, so we took the help of magic stick to remove them. Finally we crushed them under slides and seen them under microscope. So here is one more video to quinch your thirst of popping the zits. Thanks for you love and affection shown to our channel.
