Someday somebody is going to do one of these do it yourself surgeries and get a massive infection and die..They were using needle nose pliars to dig inside the human body..These things are usually coated with a dry oil that keeps the tool from rusting in normal use. I don't think it was intended for drunks with a cutting fettish.
