A cyst I've had for years, and finally talked my girlfriend into removing for me. Same vid as the other, except I added back in the much requested pile of sludge at the end. In which you can see the sack that was removed. Very Gross !! Very Graphic !! Viewer discretion advised !!
These comments are unbelievable! She isn't a surgeon so give her a break. She is trying to help her boyfriend and keep from hurting him and although it isn't the way I would have gone about it at least she got the sac pretty well gone and didn't cause a big bloody mess.
DAMN this girl pisses me off. It's a perfectly GREAT cyst and she SABOTAGES it.

I wish I coulda had a go at this one, this sucks I will never get the opportunity to extract a sebaceous cyst. My boyfriend has one but is a pussy about it and now that he knows I love watching this and practically beg him to let me attack his back with my knowledge from all these videos he wont let me do it now. Damn him.

you got the hemostats, no gloves, and a boxcutter. Use the hemostats to open the cut up and separate the sac from the skin. Everything about the procedure is all wrong. Just at least squeeze the dang thing. Jeez... Before performing this why dont you watch some videos on how to do it correctly first. This coulda been a very satisfying video. That cyst was perfect!!

this one drives me crazy with her picking at everything good. however she did get a hold of the sac. still if she had got the cheese she could have missed the sac. and that was a huge cut that ended up looking like a butt hole. her words........

I agree with all of the comments except the one where someone said she did a good job getting the sac! You can clearly see at the end of the video that she cuts the sac off, instead of pulling it all out. Which means it will come back. Maybe by then she will have learned to squeeze a damned cyst!!
