This extraction method is not right. His face was too inflamed. Should have had mild daily facials and scrubs first, followed by toners. Then do extractions after skin has calmed, after perhaps a couple weeks. If the person doesn’t buy in to ongoing regular skin care, there really is little hope. It will all just come back.
You can't treat these faces the same way you surface pop other acne. No Shame in referring the client elsewhere when you are not up to the job. Your techs can't treat a face like this. No insult just truth
