The man is old, he’s gonna die soon he don’t need to be treated
Awww what a sweet guy!! Just wanna give him a big ol' hug, he's gonna be able to play with his grandkids now!!
The ending around 8:00 mark was heartwarming……and it's shameful as a veteran he was suffering for so long.
Well mannered polite and a gentleman. These qualities are rare to find and will eventually be gone as soon as these former generation passes.
As someone with skin and scalp psoriasis, i feel so sorry for that gentleman (even though we have different conditions), I can't imagine how much pain that causes him, the small spots on my skin are enough to drive me crazy, I could never imagine having my whole body covered in that dry, scale-like skin, i hope he's doing well and that the condition has gotten better
I wanted them to trim his nails
As community rgn, this is not uncommom, I've seen much worse, and often with chronic ulceration as so often the right people are not made aware of such an issue until this happens with can be frustrating as prevention is better than cure and so often what is needed is basic education on the right skin care as well as other things like dietary needs. Great to see input from Dr Lee. This man is very fortunate to have the care and help at home as this is where the real work happens. Unfortunately many people do not and the resources are not there to carry out such treatments to the scale and dedication required.
Oh my goodness. Does anyone know how this beautiful man is doing?
Nice guy.
Dr. Lee, do you by chance treat lymphedema that has caused me dermatitis of my legs and my feet? It’s really bad. ✌️♥️ I agave toenails just like our WW2 hero. He is a sweetheart and I hope he has recovered well from his skin and feels much better♥️♥️👍✌️
…
I’m so happy he has found relief! After all that he has been through he deserves to life a full happy life!
im in tears god damnit. thanks for your service
He needs the dead sea soak treatment
“I walk without my cane now, I have no pain”
I’m in tears
Is he dehydrating? Is he drying feet? Is it circulation? Footbath? Foot cream? Fungus cream?
I have autoimmune disease however not this situation. I can’t imagine how concerning and uncomfortable this has been for him. Bless his son for the tender loving care for his dad. As we age not everyone has the support of their family. God bless you sir. I hope you continue to be on your road to a great recovery.
Im happy for the old man and as he was a veteran I would have said 'thank you for your service' but I won't coz I'm not from U.S
People on 600lb. Life have skin like this too.
This man is very polite and gentle, my heart goes out to him. I hope he gets well soon.
I just love her! God bless her and God bless this gentleman on his new lease on life
Thank you Sir, for your service!
I thought my feet where bad oof
I wonder if because Dr. Lee isnt the VA he'll be charged? I sure hope this gentleman wasnt. Considering the only thing she did was a biopsy and using the good old vaseline in the rubber glove/sleeve trick. Although she could have prescribed him antibiotics and prednisone possibly. Hope he's doing better.
I will never forget the task and the smell of debriding large green chips off of a woman’s legs with the exact same condition but much poorly managed. When he pulled off that large scale I had flashbacks.
As a nurse- I see this all the time with CHF, CKF or CKD, and long term poorly managed type 2 diabetics. I’m so happy to see a way that I can help my patients while they are in my care at the hospital that I can actually “prescribe” to send home with a patient. They so often come in for an issue, we help or completely fix the legs. Then they are unable to keep up with the level of care at home (for many reasons) and it just comes back. And because it can be determined to be “cosmetic” (it isn’t) they fail to get adequate outpatient care.

So many people in because I found a doctor to listen and take them seriously, Dr. Lee did something amazing for him
