  1. I understand why my mother watches this stuff now… I just had to remove my first black head from my side out of my own intuition on my own. I had this black spot on my side slowly growing into a lump that I kept scratching at until then skin broke and when I tried to dig out the black spot to see what it was in my skin it led into what looked like a white shred of dead skin leading into a pocket of white puss, which then led into another small white dead skin liked bit that had broken off and took so much squeezing to get it to bulge out enough to get a grip on it and pull the rest of it off. Worringly it stung a bit pulling it out but at least I knee good and well when it was finally out because it bled a bit after which I frantically washed off as I was sitting on the bathroom sink the whole while. The whole while I was thinking about what little I could remember from these videos hoping I was doing it right.

  2. Here’s my advice: If it feels like it’s on the surface of the skin, leave it for a while to see if it goes away on its own. If it doesn’t, see if you can squeeze it out but if it starts hurting and you have to squeeze hard, stop. It’s too hard to take out without damaging yourself so your last option is to visit a professional.
