This patient presented with two large lipomas on forearm that were causing discomfort. I performed excision to remove both. Lipomas are the most common benign tumor of the body. On the forearm they can begin to cause pressure on tendons and nerves, so removal is indicated. After removal I closed the wound with a running stitch. MrPopZit
