Hello Doc, few years I used Betnovate C for my melasma. when I came to know its not good stopped it. Melasma is very bad on my face following skin care routine from last 1 year( am Alpha Arbutin followed by moisturiser and Spf 50 and pm Tranexamic Acid) but I dont see melasma is fading. pls suggest

I used lemon juice with water when i was having lots of pimples and acne in my teenage. It did irritate my skin a little bit but it worked a lot. Within 1 months my pimples and acne were almost gone and also its marks. Lemon juice is very effective .
